Hickory wood-smoked the old-fashioned way, with hardwood chips and sawdust, for a tender, less salty turkey. Weight is approximately 8 to 12 lbs - about 15 servings Important! Be sure to place your turkey in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as you receive it.
